One set of objectives could be achieved by utilising just one or two aspects of Business Driver, whilst another set of objectives may need the power of the full suite of armoury – it’s easy to see that the cost for these will differ.
We are not being glib when we say “it depends on the objectives” – but this is true. Results depend on several key factors:
Product or service. Is this a mass-market or niche market offering? What is the market potential in terms of numbers? How many people do you want to reach? Is your product tried and tested, or is it unknown? Does your product or service have a true USP (unique selling proposition)?
Company awareness and reputation. An established, well-known, and respected company will be easier to promote than one that is new to the market and therefore has low awareness and no reputation. Launching a new company takes a mammoth amount of effort to find and build an audience, engage with that audience, and build trust. Today, buyers of goods and services are increasingly discerning about who they do business with. They will research websites, read reviews, and consume content before they buy – so you can see there is considerable work required of any new company entering a marketplace.
How many? Key performance indicators (KPIs) should be agreed by client and agency. This could be number of visitors to the website, social media following, email opens, lead magnet downloads, enquiry forms submitted, telephone calls received, number or value of orders. Be realistic and don’t expect overnight results, but you should expect to see increases in the KPIs month on month.

Our monthly fees for Business Driver range from £895 to £3,000. Typically, our clients are in the £1500 – £2250 region.

Yes, but it’s not an onerous one. We require an initial 6-month contract which enables us to understand your marketplace, get to know you, your products and services, research your target audience, find your unique proposition and set a tone of voice for your communications, create a distinct styling in the look and feel of communications, set up databases, create initial collateral, write initial content (blogs, emails, direct marketing), set up social media platforms, make improvements to your website if necessary. A good deal of this work is done in the first month, so results should not be expected in this period. Months two onwards should start to see a positive effect of the initial work, which will grow month on month.
After the initial 6-month contract, clients have the option to cancel the Business Driver service if required, or to continue a rolling 3-month cancellation contract.
NB. Fees are charged and payable monthly in advance on the 1st day of the month by direct debit.
This does come back to specific objectives, but in general, we are confident that by using Business Driver we will increase awareness of your company and products to your customers and prospects, we will increase the number of people who see and consume your communications, we will increase the number of visitors to your website, we will increase your social following.
Given that your product is viable, your company is known and trusted, and there is market potential, then we can see no reason why Business Driver should not result in more sales.
